Refund Policy
Introduction
We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Dynamics 365 Demo can be refunded within 14 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. Refund period starts counting from the moment of the Booking/Purchase and is set to 14 days.
You can request a Refund, if not satisfied with the services or if the Consultant did not provide the required service.
While our 14-day refund policy is to allow people to learn risk free, we must also protect our sellers from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to sellers after 14 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
For training services, a full refund (excluding processing fees) will be issued if the refund request is submitted at least 15 days before the scheduled training date. For requests made between 14 and 8 days prior to the training, a 50% refund will be granted. No refunds will be issued for requests made within 7 days of the training date.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse.
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a User for the same service.
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by a User.
  • Users who have their account reported, banned.
  • We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Microsoft Partner’s subscriptions plan do not offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, and no refunds or partial refunds are available unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you’re enrolled in a subscription via the coupon, you can cancel the free trial at any time, without being charged.
