Dynamics365Demo.com is an online marketplace similar to Fiverr, but it's specifically designed for services related to Microsoft Dynamics 365. There are two types of users on the platform: sellers and buyers.

FOR SELLERS

Sellers are the users who offer their services. Here's how they get started:

1. Registration:

    - Click on the ''Become a Seller'' button.

    -Complete the registration process, which includes email verification and filling out basic information

    -Once registered, sellers can log into the system.

2. Creating a Gig:

    -Sellers can create a service listing (called a 'gig') by clicking on 'Create a New Gig'

    -The process is simple and requires providing service details step-by-step

    - Sellers can also verify their identity via LinkedIn, which improves their credibility and affects their ranking on the platform

3. Seller Categories:

    There are three types of sellers:

    - Microsoft Partner

    -Independent Professional

    -Recruitment Agency

    Independent professionals can create gigs for free, but Microsoft Partners and Recruitment Agencies need to pay a $300 annual subscription fee. After paying, they can create unlimited gigs.

4. Payment Setup:

    -Link Stripe or PayPal (based on country).

    - Two options are available: Stripe and PayPal.

    - Depending on their country, sellers will see available options. For example, if Stripe isn'tsupported in their region, only PayPal will be shown.

    - Once connected, sellers are ready to operate

    - They can also update or edit their gigs at any time.

FOR BUYERS

Buyers are users who want to purchase services. Here's how it works for them:

1. Browsing Gigs:

    - Even without logging in, buyers can view available gigs

2. Booking a Service:

    - To make a purchase, buyers need to sign up or log in.

    - They can click on any gig to view its details.

    - By clicking the 'Book Me' button, they're taken to a booking form.

3. Booking Form:

    - Buyers provide details like preferred date, time, and a video call link (Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams).

    - After submitting the form and completing the payment, the booking is confirmed.

    - Both buyer and seller receive an email notification.

4. Rescheduling:

    - If needed, either party can send a time change request.

    - The other party can accept or reject this request.

5. Completing the Booking:

    - Buyers can mark the booking as complete at any time.

    - If they don't, it will be automatically marked as complete after 4 days.

6. Refunds:

    - For more information, buyers can refer to the platform's Refund Policy.

7. Ratings and Reviews:

    - After the service is delivered, the buyer can rate and review the seller.

    - This feedback directly affects the seller's ranking on the marketplace.
